To allow you to log in to your Frugl Grocery account across multiple devices when you log into your account some information is stored on the cloud instead of your local device. If you want to remove the app from your device you can do so at any time and you will be able to reinstall the app and have access to any favourites or lists you created previously.
If you want Frugl to remove this information on your behalf you can do so in the following ways:
For Users of v3.0.3 and below
Contact Frugl Support via the email address relating to your account and request your account be removed. Support will then contact you on the same email address to confirm that it is a valid request and not someone who is posing as you before removing your user information.

For Users of v3.1 and above
If you have the latest version of the Frugl Grocery App you have access to remove your own account using the delete account option. To find the option select the Preferences menu using the 3 links in the top left corner of the app and then select at your ‘User Info’. Once on this screen if you scroll all the way to the bottom there is an option for Delete Account which is immediate an automatic one you confirm this is what you want to do.
The account deletion uses your existing login credentials on your device against the authentication provider you have logged in with. With some authentication providers the ‘freshness’ of your credentials can prevent your account from being deleted. If this is the case simply log out of the Frugl Grocery app and then back in again using the same authentication method before attempting to delete your account.
If you continue to have an issue and need assistance contact Frugl Support
