When I tap the icon for Frugl Grocery it sits on a loading screen for a long time
Frugl Grocery app uses a number of services transparently to ensure the app experience is as smooth as possible. These services are fairly common and subject to review by Apple and Google as part of listing on the App and Play Stores.
If you are trying to use the app and having issues with the app appearing to have something loading for a long time or being stuck on a loading screen you may have something interrupting your connection. This may be due to poor connectivity but if you have a good signal you may have something on your device preventing connections.
Check your device for additional privacy settings or for 3rd party apps such as ‘DuckDuckGo browser App Tracking Protection’ which may have separate privacy settings that limit your connection.
